My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

What is the processing time for orders?

What is the recommended dosage for DizzyStop®?
  • For vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day until the symptom is resolved. For daily maintenance, the dosage can be reduced to 2-4 capsules total per day.
  • For air, land, or sea travel: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day starting the day before travel and continuing through the entire period of travel.
  • For ongoing daily maintenance, take 2-4 capsules per day.
  • For all other conditions that can cause vertigo or loss of balance, we strongly recommend you consult your physician.
Can DizzyStop® be taken every day?

Yes. DizzyStop® consists of all-natural anti-oxidant herbals which many people take on a daily basis for their healthful benefits. DizzyStop® is not intended to be used to combat chronic symptoms, as they may be an indication of a more serious condition that warrants treatment by a physician. However, if a physician has been consulted and appropriate testing has been conducted ruling out any possibility of an underlying disease as the source of the chronic symptom, DizzyStop® has been found to be helpful in these cases.

Does DizzyStop® work for Meniere's Disease?

DizzyStop® is not intended to relieve symptoms associated with Meniere's Disease.

Does DizzyStop® cause any side effects?

DizzyStop® causes no side effects of drowsiness. While no instances of problems with customers on blood thinners have been reported, it is recommended to consult with your prescribing Doctor if you are taking blood thinners. Occasional aftertaste can occur due to the high concentration of ginger in our product, but it is not significant and can be lessened if taken with food and water.

Can DizzyStop® interact with my prescription medications?

We recommend that you check with your prescribing physician should you have any questions regarding interaction with your current medications.

What's the difference between DizzyStop® and Antihistimines like Dramamine/Mecllizine?

Antihistamines like Meclizine and Dramamine block dopamine receptors in the brain which causes side effects, including drowsiness. DizzyStop®, an all-natural herbal supplement, is preferred for motion sickness symptoms because of its efficacy, safety, and lack of the side effect of drowsiness. The mechanism of action is thought to be blocking the release or uptake of activating hormones at the level of the Central Nervous System when conditions of motion cause excess release of these hormones. The vertigo under these circumstances is relieved without the side effects of drowsiness.

What's the difference between DizzyStop® and Scopolamine?

Muscarinic antagonists, e.g., scopolamine, blocks acetylcholine. Side effects include dry mouth, blurred vision, drowsiness, and short-term memory impairment. DizzyStop®, an all-natural herbal supplement, is preferred for motion sickness symptoms because of its efficacy, safety, and lack of the side effect of drowsiness. Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States in the state of New York. Our manufacturer is a member of the NNFA (National Nutritional Foods Association) and is certified as an NNFA GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Our manufacturing plant is a state-of-the-art facility whose raw materials are rigorously tested to ensure quality, purity, and potency. These materials meet or exceed the requirements for the vitamin and nutraceutical industry as upheld by the US Food and Drug Administration and the US Pharmacopoeia.

Do your products contain any GMOs?

No. Our products do not contain bio-engineered/genetically modified DNA and /or proteins from genetically modified DNA.
